Our approach to sustainable design begins with the basics, from how a design is sited in the landscape to the type of building materials used and building systems specified. JSA's LEED Accredited professionals are focused on creating exciting sustainable projects that meet USGBC criteria.

We understand that achieving design goals, maintaining budget controls and sticking to schedule are important components of any project;. Weekly internal project meetings and personalized communication with our clients throughout the design and construction process ensure a project's success.

At JSA, the computer is utilized as a communication, production and design tool, significantly reducing our use of paper. We study material, color and spatial issues by providing 3D walk-throughs of projects. This allows complicated details to be worked out prior to construction and provides the opportunity for clients to visualize the completed project.  We will continue to utilize the most current tools and technologies, conserving energy and resources.
